Q: Can I visit your factory before orders?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, welcome to visit. If it is not convenient to come to the site, we can video with you in the factory and show you around.
Q: May I have your catalogue and price list for trial order in MOQ quantity?
A: Most of our products are shown on alibaba, if you need we will send you catalogue via email.
Q: Do you accept OEM and ODM design?
A: Yes, we do. We have a R & D team with more than 10 people with rich experience.
Q：If the products can't work after receiving it, what should I do?
A：We will replace new items for you at once and then we make the judgement for the issue.
Q：What is the warranty?
A： 1-3 months to replace new items for free. 1-2 years repairing free according to different products.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It is usually within 1-3 business days after payment; But customized products would be take 10 to 20 working days after sample comfirmed.
Q：Do you accept pay 30% in advance?
A：Yes, we do, We can start to prepare your goods when receive 30% payment, and send them after get the rest 70% payment.
